The Ease of Arrival and Departure
What we particularly appreciated was the seamless transportation service. We arrived in Macau from Hong Kong by ferry and later continued our journey to Shenzhen, again by ferry. In both cases, Four Seasons arranged luxury transfers between the ferry terminal and the hotel. The effect was immediate. No logistics, no uncertainty, no waiting. You step off the ferry and everything flows naturally from there, setting a calm and effortless tone for the entire stay.

A Moment of Seasonal Grandeur
The holiday decorations deserve special mention. The Christmas tree was one of the most beautiful we have ever seen indoors. Positioned beside a grand, sweeping staircase descending elegantly from both sides, it created a truly majestic scene. The tree itself was richly and tastefully decorated, and naturally, no luxury detail was missing. The presence of CHAUMET signage added a refined finishing touch that felt entirely in harmony with the setting.
Spaces Designed for Pause
Throughout the hotel, there are many inviting corners designed for rest after shopping or sightseeing. Places where you can sit down, slow the pace, and enjoy a moment of calm. There is a strong sense of privacy and comfort throughout the property. The food is excellent, and with several restaurants within the hotel, there is plenty of choice. Altogether, the hotel offers that rare feeling of being at home, only with everything taken care of at an exceptionally high level.
At the Center of It All
The location places you directly in the heart of the action, close to all major attractions. From our room, we enjoyed a lovely view of the Venetian tower replica. From the pool, the Eiffel Tower structure comes into view. We even walked to Big Ben. Quite simply, you are truly in the center of everything.
Thoughtful Poolside Rituals
The pool area was another highlight. Service here is outstanding. During the winter season, warm tea, Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and fresh fruit are offered throughout the day. These small but thoughtful gestures make a meaningful difference and beautifully complete the experience.

Sleep, Scent, and Memory
The bedding deserves special recognition. It is one of the things we look forward to most when staying at Four Seasons hotels. Perfectly crisp, impeccably soft, and effortlessly comfortable, it sets a standard few can match. If angels sleep on bedding anywhere, one suspects it might be on this. Equally memorable were the Atelier Cologne toiletries. For my wife, who is a passionate niche perfume collector, this detail was especially meaningful. Atelier Cologne holds a very personal place in her memory. Her twin sister wore Atelier Cologne on our wedding day, and encountering that scent again, unexpectedly, turned an everyday ritual into a deeply emotional moment. This is where Four Seasons truly excels, in understanding that luxury is not only about comfort, but about memory.

Cables are neatly organized and tied, the room remains impeccably tidy, and high-quality garment bags are provided for coats.
